Refund Policy


DEAFWORKS guarantees you to obtain a full cash refund (less S+H) from
us if you do the following simple steps:


  1. RMA required: Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  2. Time limit: Within 30 days from the date of package received.
  3. Sales Receipt: Enclose original sales receipt (no copy please).
  4. Merchandise: Pack it with the original carton in a saleable condition.
  5. Shipping: Ship the package to us with a tracking number.

NOTE 1: If you return us the merchandise without both of the RMA number
and the original sales receipt within the 30 days time limit, DEAFWORKS
will automatically issue an "in-store" credit (without restocking fee charge)
toward your next purchase of our fine products.


NOTE 2: If you return us the merchandise without both of the RMA number
and the original sales receipt beyond the 30 days time limit, DEAFWORKS
will automatically issue an "in-store" credit (after a 50% restocking fee charge
applies) toward your next purchase of our fine products.


NOTE 3: If you placed multiple merchandises of more than one item (of the
same item) per order, you only return just one merchandise with the RMA
number and the original sales receipt to us for a full cash refund of that item
within the 30 days time limit. If you send all of the merchandises (of the same
item) with or without the RMA number and the original sales receipt to us,
DEAFWORKS will automatically issue an "in-store" credit on all of those
(after a 50% restocking fee charge applies) toward your next purchase of our
fine products.


NOTE 4: DEAFWORKS will automatically issue an "in-store" credit (after a 50%
restocking fee charge applies) toward your next purchase of our fine products
if you return us the merchandise that contains any of repairable non-saleable
condition such as:
  • Missing original packaging carton.
  • Writing/taping on the original packaging carton.
  • Taping on the merchandise itself.
  • Scratched merchandise (minor).

NOTE 5: DEAFWORKS does not refund you if you return us the merchandise
that contains any of severed (beyond repair) non-saleable condition such as:
  • Writing on the merchandise itself.
  • Cracked merchandise.
  • Merchandise was dent.
  • Scratched merchandise (major).
  • Broken merchandise (not working anymore).
  • Dropped merchandise caused defects or malfunctions.

NOTE 6: ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on special order (custom and
non-stocking) items.

Due to the constant changing nature in product availability from DEAFWORKS
suppliers, all of DEAFWORKS product specifications are subject to change
without notice. For example, if DEAFWORKS does not carry the exact product
anymore that you just ordered, DEAFWORKS reserves the right to send you a
substitute of a similar product functions (of equal or greater value) of the product
that you ordered. It is always a good idea to check with us at:
